Is this program right for me?

This program is for anyone who wants to lose 4-8 inches from their waist and anywhere from 12-30 pounds in the next few weeks. I have created a fast and effective workout (only 45 minutes) that is customized to accommodate any fitness level from absolute beginner to season workout vet.

I’m in bad shape. Will I be able to do it?

Absolutely! The main aspect of boxing is that anybody can perform and benefit from this workout. I won’t tell you you will be the best fighter in the world but you will achieve excellent skills and fitness results.

What are the sessions like?

Usually starts with footwork drills to warm up, critical part of improving overall technique. Next we move to learning, recognizing and improving combos, last minutes it’s freestyle mitt work (pad work) where we reenact a fight situation and you have to throw whichever combo comes up (WATCH VIDEO ABOVE).

Will I get hurt?

By being a non-competitive class contact is minimal. You will be guided to use the proper equipment to avoid any risk of injury.

How often can I come?

For the best results possible you need to come a minimum of 3 times per week. I do understand if that is not always

Is nutrition part of the program?

OF COURSE! I cannot “out train” bad nutrition so the diet is a HUGE part of our success plan. It is a simple and straight forward program that has a ton of flexibility yet yield serious results.

What will I need to bring?

Boxing gloves, handwraps, bottled water, hand towel.

How long until I see results?

You will advance your technique so quick that every class you will feel and notice improvements. The physical changes happen just as fast, you will drop a good amount of weight (if overweight) right away and if you are in good physical condition, you will notice body fat drop.

I’ve never boxed in my life. Will I be able to do it?
